PAYMENTS/REFUND

By entering a credit card number and/or using the Services at Tsuhkai Networks.com, you authorize Tsuhkai Networks to charge your credit card the monthly fee of your current plan stated on the Site on a month-by-month basis until you cancel your membership. You represent that the information you submit is true and accurate, and you agree to pay all charges and fees incurred. Service will begin on the date the credit card is charged and will continue on a month-to-month basis. Although Tsuhkai Networks utilizes industry standard security technology to protect your information, Tsuhkai Networks does not guarantee or warrant against third parties breaching its security technology and obtaining and/or using your information. YOU, AND NOT Tsuhkai Networks, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

CALL RECORDS AND CALLBACK

Call Records are immediately available on the website and you have five (5) days to report any discrepancy.
For callback, you will be charged for both legs. No refunds are accepted when the second leg of the call is unreachable for any reason.

QUALITY AND AVAILIBILITY

Tsuhkai Networks Services are subject to availability and capacity of the Site, Internet connections, and telecommunications vendors and are not guaranteed to be available to you all the time.  Therefore, Tsuhkai Networks services might not be suitable for emergency services.

FAIR USE POLICY

All Tsuhkai Networks services are subjected to fair use policy. Residential plans are strictly for residential use.
For SuperSaver plans, a single call cannot be longer than 2 hours. A use might be termed unfair if number of calls or total minutes exceeds double the average usage of all the users of that plan.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

Tsuhkai Networks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Tsuhkai Networks Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice and for any or no reason. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Tsuhkai Networks as a result of this agreement or use of the Tsuhkai Networks web site.
